Game Pieces

The game pieces used in Reefscape are the Algae and Coral.

Autonomous Period

During the 15 second autonomous period, bots leave their community, retrieve and place pieces on their grid and engage or dock their charging station, all without any driver input.

Teleoperated Period

During the remaining 2 minutes and 15 seconds, the drivers control the bots to complete the various goals and to dock and engage on their charging station

Scoring

Alliances compete to earn ranking points. Ranking points are awarded for winning, and tying matches, for completing game piece placement on their community grid and for balancing on the charging station at the end of the match.
