Cyber Cats Foundation for STEM
The purpose of the Corporation is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which nonprofit corporations may be organized under the Sate of Michigan exclusively for religious, charitable, educational, scientific, and/or literary purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as emended (the "Code").
More specifically, the Corporation of organized and operated to promote STEM (Science Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), education, outreach, and competition. The Corporation also intends to raise money from individuals and organizations anduse such funds to provide support for the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) Team 5436.
